Emma

Marine Biologist

I was fortunate enough to grow up on Sydney’s coastline, with access to the beaches and coastal walks, where I have been keeping an eye out for whales for as long as I can remember.

I studied a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences here in Sydney. During my degree, I volunteered on several research projects and including an internship in Papua New Guinea with a sea turtle conservation and research organisation.

I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Marine Science and Management. I hope that after seeing these incredible whales in their natural habitat, people will be motivated to look after our marine environment.
