COVID-19 Information

Temporary Suspension of Whale Watching Cruises

The team at Whale Watching Sydney and Fantasea Cruising have voluntarily opted to temporarily suspend whale watching cruises from Saturday 1st August to Friday 7th August . This will provide us with the opportunity to stay one step ahead of the rapidly changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and further review and tighten our COVIDSafe controls.

The health and safety of our customer and team members are always our number one priority.

We apologise for this inconvenience but look forward to the opportunity to host you on one of our whale watching cruises again soon.

COVID Safe

We have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and are committed to keeping you safe.

As a responsible tour operator, Whale Watching Sydney has taken a number of additional measures to keep our cruises as safe and as enjoyable as possible for our guests.

These measures are subject to change depending on Local, State and Federal requirements surrounding COVID-19. Updates to Whale Watching Sydney’s operations will be available on this page.

Whale Watching Sydney’s latest safety measures are based on the latest COVID-19 infection rates in our region. At the current time these rates are low, and therefore participating in a whale watching cruise poses a low-risk. This may be subject to change.

In line with the latest government advice, you may wish to consider downloading the COVID Safe App.
